Clear, practical answers for parents who want to understand the why behind what they're seeing at home.
Sleep, digestion, immune response, focus, and emotional regulation are all coordinated by the nervous system. Learn why so many seemingly separate struggles often share the same root, and why looking at them one at a time can leave parents feeling stuck.
What it can look like when a child's body is stuck in "fight or flight": trouble settling or sleeping, frequent sickness, tummy troubles, meltdowns, or sensory overwhelm. You'll learn the patterns to watch for at home.
From a stressful pregnancy or birth to early illnesses, falls, and everyday stress, we'll walk through the common ways a child's nervous system can become dysregulated, and why it doesn't always resolve on its own.
A stressed nervous system can ripple into sleep, learning, friendships, mood, and how well the body adapts and recovers. We'll talk honestly about how these patterns can affect your child, and your whole family, over time.
A look at the neurological scans and stress response evaluation we use to see how your child's nervous system is functioning, so you get objective information instead of more guesswork.
See how we bring it all together for each child. Care begins with understanding your child's unique story and findings, centers on gentle chiropractic adjustments, and includes the support your family needs at home. Along the way, we track progress, celebrate wins, and adjust the plan as your child grows.
Or if you simply have a feeling there's more to understand. No experience with chiropractic needed. Come curious, bring your questions.
